As the image shows, a man is carrying his 65-year-old frail father in his arms. This incident took place in Punalur, Kerala on May 15, when an auto-rickshaw carrying them was stopped by the police officials due to violation of some guidelines made for the coronavirus lockdown.
The man was taking back his father from the hospital in an auto-rickshaw when police stopped their rickshaw due to violation of some COVID-19 lockdown guidelines, even after the hospital documents were shown to them. The man was forced to get out of the rickshaw and carry his ailing father in his arms.
As per the resources of Corona India News, the sickly man was admitted to the Punalur Taluk Hospital and was discharged on Wednesday, May 15 when the incident took place.
The Kerala State Human Rights Commission has also taken this incident into consideration and has also registered a suo moto case for it.

Kerala is one of the most developed states in India. According to Wikipedia, Kerala has achieved a literacy rate of 93.91% in 2019.
